My husband and I had absolutely no experience with this sort of thing and were in a pretty difficult situation when we contacted Liner Legal. From everything I read or understood this process can be pretty overwhelming, and almost always results in denial. Not so with Liner Legal on our side! I was actually surprised my husband's claim was approved so quickly (about 4 months or so), and attribute that to having help with the process from the fantastic team at Liner Legal. Everyone that we interacted with was compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable and communicative from the very first contact we had. I wish I could remember everyone's name that we dealt with. To Savannah Dunn and everyone else at Liner Legal...you rock! We are forever grateful for the assistance that each member of the team provided!

Genesis, went above and beyond the scope of Customer service. Genesis, was extremely Professional, knowledgeable, caring, sincere and empathetic. Quite frankly deserves a raise. Liner Legal has a Star in Genesis!

**UPDATE! - They assigned a different Attorney to my case. Let's see how things go from here. **f You need someone who will fight for you....find another team! They will do the BARE minimum. They just don't seem to care about their clients.
