Well they have the worst communication I have ever experienced. I needed help in the paperwork process to get my wording correct for my SSD case everyone passed the buck. As everyone knows filling out government paperwork is a nightmare. As everyone knows as well if you fill it out the wrong way it’s back to square one. No help with these people. Go somewhere else. They don’t even deserve one star.

I have just finished the beginning paperwork and wish I wouldn't have read all the reviews. Im a bit skeptical now but so far Genesis has been wonderful. I just hope my application goes through fast. My first firm was a joke. I don't have that kind of time again. I'll keep y'all up to date.
