I was blessed to speak with Genesis. Genesis was empathetic and informative.

I called twice, spoke to a rude receptionist both times, and my call was never returned. I ended up going with a significantly more pleasant receptionist and my calls have been returned within an hour every time I've called. I was less than impressed with the poor, rude customer service & poor business practice. If both of my initial calls were the same experience... I wouldn't trust them to handle any case as a priority or with any level of importance.

My health started Deteriorating to where it's hard to work. I thought I didn't have a future & I would lose my home. The staff that helped me start my claim gave me hope. I don't know what the outcome is going to be but @ least I have hope.

I have to do no work basically they did everything for me I was so confused trying to file this claim and overwhelmed and once I let you guys help me it was a relief a weight off my shoulder and I'm so glad I decided to go with liner legal Micheal, Rebecca, and Aimee were amazing👍👍

I really have mixed feelings… I’m using Liner Legal for two reasons at the moment, and the communication all around has been abysmal. However, I’m truly at my limit regarding how one attorney in particular treats me and speaks to me when I have questions or concerns. I seem to be a burden, and when I call out a mistake, he becomes defensive (I mean, I guess that’s what lawyers do?) and speaks to me as if I’m the problem. I feel gaslit and unable to ask anything of the team anymore. He won my LTD case, but if I’d known how I would have been treated, I definitely would have gone elsewhere. I have to advocate for myself constantly at medical appointments, and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want to seek care for serious things I would advise patients to get care for. The medical gaslighting I’ve experienced in my life has simply exhausted me, and now I’m at that point here. Even describing events that occurred and me asking about them are me “blaming” his staff. So if you’re up for paying handsomely and not asking any questions ever (god forbid a problem occurs - which several have), go for it I guess. But if you want any involvement in your case, then I’d advise you to look elsewhere.
