I called in to try to get help with a disability claim, a female named Jessica Tzalam called me back and asked if I had time to do an intake, I was at work so I asked how long it was gonna take and she said only about 10 or 15 minutes, I was on break so I said sure. This girl should NOT be doing intakes, she has clearly had NO training. She asked me my name, phone number and email, I told her. Then she asked me to answer some security questions, she asked me my mother's maiden name, my father's first name. ..seemed odd but I answered, she asked for spellings, I told her and she repeated something way off to me I just agreeded. She called me a different name. I corrected her and she did it again! I thought maybe she was trying to be funny, but she continued to ask me the same questions over and over again, when I would answer she would misconstrue what I said. When I spoke on that she said you know what we can't help you. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she eventually connected me, but that wasn't a much better expirence. If the lawyers are anything like the intake girls your better off going else where

I highly recommend Michael Lerner to anyone who is battling the system for securing social security disability. The entire staff is compassionate, caring, experienced, kind people. I had applied for disability benefits for my adult son who is developmentally disabled, we had applied twice before, and denied after going through all the doctor visits, phone calls, tons of paper work, I was so stressed and ready to give up. Michael and his staff were able to process all the paperwork via the internet, mainly requiring signatures to obtain the needed documents. My son has been approved for disability benefits and I feel relieved that he will be taken care. I could go on and on how wonderful this group is, but simply said they are amazing!!
