Mr. November is a great litigator ! He exuted nothing but positivity and had no problem informing us of what was really going on and ahead of us, but not just what we wanted to hear. He took time to get acquainted with us as a family and that meant a lot to not just be considered a case with no face. He was raw, unfiltered, and passionate about pleading the case and willing to go against some of the industry most disliked with grace and tenacity. When it was over I had to drop a Rick Flair WHOOOAAAA for joy!

A great supporter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. If you are deaf and have trouble with social security, Mr. November is your guy to go to! As well as referrals to other lawyers and letting them know about deaf accommodations that they need in order to satisfy the client/lawyer communication barriers.

Liner Legal, LLC.....I just can't say enough good things about this law firm. I knew from the very first phone call I made to them that I was about to be in good hands (& how right I was)!! Monica was the one who answered the phone that day & as I explained to her (through tears) that my LTD (which I had been on for 18 years) was under review & about to be denied going forward, she was so nice & listened to me & then assured me that she would talk to Michael Liner & explain what was going on & let me know if they would be able to help me. She called me back almost immediately and said they would in fact be able to help me & to let them know once I received the denial letter. She followed up with me 3 weeks later just to see how I was doing even though I still hadn't received the official denial letter at that point or retained them (which I was very touched by). It was about another month before I received that dreaded letter from Sunlife Insurance & called Liner Legal immediately & was put in contact with Andrew November & went to their office to meet him to discuss what happens next. I was so nervous going in there but as I arrived & was met by Rachel who was at the front desk & her warm smile immediately started to calm my nerves down. Andrew then came out and shook my hand and had that same warm smile as Rachel and my nervousness almost completely went away. It was at that moment that I knew win or lose I chose the right law firm to represent me & help me appeal my LTD denial. From start to finish (which only took 6 months), this wonderfully compassionate & professional team (Andrew, Monica & Rachel) always treated me with respect & no matter how many times I contacted them with my many questions & fears throughout the process, never made me feel like I was bothering them. In fact they always made me feel like I mattered and that they were happy to hear from me. Andrew worked so hard for me.....he had 18 years of info to sift through along with surveillance tapes & I honestly think he reviewed it ALL which impressed the hell out of me! I know he must have worked alot of long hours on my appeal and I am eternally grateful to him for that because WE WON MY CASE!!!!! I can't wait to see this team soon to give them hugs for literally saving my life!!! My benefits will be reinstated & now I won't have to ration my insulin or any of my other meds anymore!! What a great firm , i dealt with Mr. November back in September in 2017 , it is now January of 2018 and i have been approved already. These guys do not play .
