I chose this firm because it is small and I liked what I heard and saw on their website. I joked with Michael that I also liked that he doesn't advertise on TV. Michael answered my e-mail almost immediately and it was after business hours. He said a paralegal would call in the morning and she did. She was very nice and empathetic. Michael came to see me that afternoon. After listening to me describe my situation, he advised that I had a good case that was fairly straightforward and he didn't think I even needed an attorney at this time. He said I should go ahead and apply and contact him again if I ran into any problems. He answered all my questions, was very knowlegeable, and said he would be glad to answer any other questions at any time. Now that's professionalism and good customer service.

Michael Liner is the reason I get help every month. I receive a social security check on the 3rd and I got a lump sum check that turned out to be more than most people get and the percentage Liner Legal was entitled too was more than they thought was fair to me so one day I looked in the bank and 6,000 dollars showed up out of nowhere when I asked my bank they said Liner Legal took what they thought was fair and gave the rest back to me. If you are going through the process of getting disability this firm is more than capable of presenting a case to a judge.
