Mr Elkhatib was wonderful. I had no idea about most of the process and how any legal stuff works and Issa was immensely patient and helpful with me. He worked to really understand my situation and thus was able to get the severity of things reduced in talking with the prosecution. My husband received a ticket in Sheffield Lake, and his driving record is horrible. We hired Issa hoping that he would help us avoid getting my husband’s license suspended.
