“It's impossibly to get through to a human or navigate the system. After calling several times a few weeks ago only to be put on hold until it decided it was time to disconnect, I filled out an online application and made an appointment for a call.”

“To be told that I qualify for help, but they don't have anyone to help me... Shame on you for wasting all of our time. As much as you are needed, if you can't actually help anyone why do you bother to keep the doors open. Just shut down, and stop selling us false hope.”
