Took care of speeding ticket, didn't even have to go to court and no fine, would recommend!

Aaron brockler is an awesome lawyer I've been dealing with the courts for myself and my son for a long time and my son has an extensive assault background which some were guilty and some were not guilty Aaron brockler is the one to get he was awesome you might as well just say they dropped this domestic violence case that he got my son out of. Contacted the firm on 4/15/24. As of 4/29 still crickets. No call, text, email or voicemail. Contacted other firms in Cleveland which all replied promptly within a couple hours. One of them got the business and it wasn't Brockler. As a busy individual, I will often contact companies via email or a contact us page with detailed information and allow them to get back to me, so I get the right person involved from the outset thus wasting less time on both sides. When I get a confirmation email (shown below) that states they will be in touch soon, I expect a day or two - not two or more weeks. Their website even asks you to confirm automated contact is fine but even that didn't occur in this case. It is what it is, the situation has been handled but not because these guys decided to respond quickly. Seems they must have plenty of business. Definitely a letdown given the otherwise good reviews here.
