Michael Goldberg is literally an amazing man. I caught a Felonious assault case and while fighting the case I was ordered house arrest until the case was over. I had another lawyer before I found Michael Goldberg who was literally losing my case to the point the only plea deal that was offered to me was a F3. I’m currently in nursing school , but was kicked out due to a felonious assault charge. I work at the county hospital which I was on a pending termination due to this charge and neither the school or work cared that I wasn’t convicted. It was the fact that something occurred and it was a “felony”. I was literally a sinking ship on top of the previous lawyer was in the court room getting chewed out by the prosecutor so again I was “losing” my case and I had a judge who meant serious business. She was absolutely under no circumstances “NO JOKE”. Someone said to me “you need Michael Goldberg bad” and I said to my friend “who is Michael Goldberg” my friend told me “Michael Goldberg is what they call a power horse and a power horse is a lawyer who means business and don’t stop. They don’t care who the judge is, they don’t care who the prosecutor is they are not to be toyed with and you will get phenomenal results and you need him really bad because you getting ready to lose everything you worked for behind this F2 case” I then googled him called his office and set up a meeting with him. When I met him what I loved most was he was straight to the point no bs and he didn’t sell me anything just to take my money. When I tell you this man saved my job he didn’t stop there , he also saved my career by the glory of god. He first got the charge dropped to a misdemeanor 1 and then I found out I couldn’t work at the hospital with the M1 he then went back and got it dropped “AGAIN” to a misdemeanor 3 in which I was able to enroll back into school with as well as continue to keep my nursing position at the hospital. This man is truly smart, professional, quick responding (even if he has another case and is at court) and knows exactly what to do. I felt at ease and no longer scared because I knew I had Mr.Goldberg. Thank you so much again Michael for everything you did for me to go from a “felonious assault” to a “misdemeanor 3” is not at all common and does not happen. I’m no longer on house arrest and moving forward with my life. I for sure would trust him and bud my life on him because he’s worth it and was very reasonable with his price. Thank you

Last summer while visiting from out of state I made a terrible mistake by drinking and driving home after a back yard party. On the way home I didn’t use a turn signal and was pulled over by the police. They suspected correctly that I had been drinking, I then failed the field test and was arrested. I reached out to friends for who I should call to help me get out of this mess with as little a penalty as possible and was repeatedly told to call Michael Goldberg. Best advice I could have got because Michael was able to get my license back right away and eventually plead my charge down to no DUI and no points. I'm not sure where to start so I'll just start by saying my family and myself thank you Michael Goldberg. I hired Mr. Goldberg after i received a 10 count felony indictment with 9 felonies and 1 misdemeanor. Some of the charges where F2 traffickings over bulk amount, multiple gun charges including weapons under disability along with 5 gun specs that carry 5 yrs by them self. I also had a counterfeiting charge plus others. My criminal record is already long with a prison sentence so needless to say i thought i was on my way back but Mr. Goldberg worked his magic and I ended up with only 2 years probation with court costs and small fines. I was absolutely shocked when i walked out of the courtroom that day. Its been a couple months since then and im still amazed every time I wake up and see my kids. As I sit and reflect on the past 3 months of my life, I'm struggling to put into words how incredible Michael Goldberg is and my gratitude for what he's done for me. I was indicted in Nov of 2019 and needed a fair priced high profile criminal Attorney fast. I immediately started making phone calls to executives in Cleveland to find who I could trust and who would get the job done. Let me start by saying this man is God sent! Micheal Goldberg is the best, and his team!!! My son was facing robbery charges that he had nothing to do with and wasn’t even there. Micheal Goldberg proved to the courts and investigated the case on his own. Also my son was facing a gun case. My son did not stay in jail for long. Micheal Goldberg got my son home and we fought the case from the outside and won.My son got off on probation. When I say I slept good knowing my case was in good hands it was the best feeling.
