“Unanswered emails, phone calls never returned, attempts to reach out to senior partners (that never responded) to try and resolve matters.”

Lack of empathy and understanding for client's needs
“People try to find lawyer because they need help. They have a income guideline, $60,000 a year. If I have a child and need the child support, isn't obvious I don't make that kind of money. Especially while in school. Terrible. Layers just don't care anymore.”
