Successful in complex and high-stakes cases
“I hired Josh to handle some very complex and contested litigation and he delivered a very good result. I would recommend him in any difficult litigation case where the stakes are very high.”
4
Effective in moving difficult cases towards resolution
“As plaintiffs in a very complicated legal matter that had previously been mishandled (more than once) by others and that had been pending many years, Josh was very effective in moving the case towards resolution and getting a reasonable outcome when considering the issues.”
5
Knowledgeable, responsive, and affordable
“I have used Cohen Rosenthal & Kramer firm in multiple lawsuits over the last few years and have found them to be knowledgeable, responsive and affordable.”
Cons
1
Rude and dismissive during initial consultations
“Well Ellen I'm calling for firm for help because I have read said employment hand book and determined things aren't as they should. Had you actually listened to me i think you would have agreed. But looking at your fancy website with big talk about helping people i realized that you probably were not the correct person to address with my civil rights and disability discrimination as these aren't your areas of expertise.”
2
Unwilling to accommodate client's needs
“In this discovery call Ellen began to reprimand me for not dealing with this sooner and mentioned how she was unwilling to move things around because I need to get my act together. A simple I can't do it would have worked.”
