My first OVI it was a scary situation. I was handcuffed, booked and celled in Cleveland downtown jail. One of the top five scariest moments of my life. I was released 12 hours later on a Saturday afternoon on RoR. Called on Monday to find out when I had to go to court. I was scared and alone at arraignment. There was an attorney in the courtroom representing someone else from Case Western reserve, a young lady. I asked her ccould she represent me because I seen the way that she represented her client. She's a Professor at Case and was there only as a favor so she respectfully declined. I then asked her to please recommend me to someone after I fully explained my case. She recommended Amir Gholizadeh. I told her I needed someone to fight for me. After speaking with Amir on my first attempt, I knew it. He's young, professional, works for your best interest and hungry. Hungry meaning he will give you 110%. That he goes above and beyond for you but is humble at the same time. Amir returns calls, responds to emails promptly and is in court on time. He's honest with you regarding your case. No sugar coating. I personally appreciate that. I highly recommend this man Mr. Amir Gholizadeh to represent you as a Defense Attorney. He is an up-and-coming Robert Shapiro, Johnnie Cochran and Thurgood Marshall. Thank you Amir for everything, but I only hope to only see you again just out and about. No more trouble for me.

Amir set a meeting within our first phone call to get my case handled. He did so in a very professional way and always made me feel just a little bit better, even though I had a pending case. The best possible outcome came working with Amir and will always get a phone call from me, when an attorney is needed. (Hopefully never, but things happen).

Ashley is a very nice lady and excellent attorney. She will always give you her best and back it up with a money back return if she cannot do what she said she could. I came to her with very difficult circumstances. She was well aware of how difficult it was going to be and let me know she would do what she could. Things were dragging on for almost 2 years so I walked into her office one day and told her that I wanted things off my plate. She reimbursed me accordingly and I appreciated that. I would definitely use her again, if need be.
