Cold call. Michael was incredibly compassionate and interested in the details of our incident, even after advising me not to pursue legal action. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days and is only earned in time, but if I need an injury lawyer in the future, I'll absolutely start with this guy! Thanks Michael.

I was in an automobile accident, and Michael Eisner was the first attorney I called. While speaking to him on the phone, he educated me on what to expect in terms I could understand, and right away I could sense that he really had a passion for helping his clients. I knew I had chosen the right lawyer! I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome of my case. Michael Eisner is knowledgeable, experienced, highly organized, kind, effective, efficient, reasonably priced, AND cares about you as a person. He also responds to all calls, texts and emails! What more could you ask for?

Michael was responsive, thorough and went over and above in helping with my family member's questions and issues.

I reached out to Mr. Eisner to double check a contract issue for me. He provided me with info I needed to make an informed decision about my issue in a timely manner. He seemed to understand the avenues of my issue well. And provided me with a path forward. While I ultimately didn't need to hire his services. Mike is definitely a person I would recommend. He answered all my questions throughly and break everything down so it’s alot easier to understand. He always took my calls but if he missed a call he would always call back. He kept me up to date with everything during the case and I would definitely use him again in the future!

I definitely recommend Mr. Michael Einser, I reached out to him to help me with my personal injury case, he got back at me very open quickly the same day, although he was unable to take my case, because my case was in Michigan, and Mr. Einser practices law in Ohio Cleveland area, he took his time and heard my situation he did his best to find me help and referred me to another law firm that practices law in Michigan, he was very professional, and very caring, unlike most attorneys that I have spoken about my case, if you are involved in a auto accident definitely reach out to Mr. Einser.
