They're horrible they never help you they always say free free but when you talk to them they want to know your life story and how much income you have and then tell you you don't qualify they suck

Everytime I have ever been to legal aid or called them They absolutely never ever help me with anything !
They always tell me they can not assist me in every different matter I need them to assist with but they only let me down
Or sound like a broken record make you repeat yourself over and over again 4 them to tell you they can't help you unbelievable
They are Terrible Services a joke 😃

I'm not sure what exactly they help you with because every time that I went there for help it was a no or you need to go to a clinic...uhhh no one have time for clinic visiti or legal clinic. Plus the receptionist when you walk in is very rude and I really don't understand what are they doing. So 1 start below 0%

At one time they would help the underprivileged handicapped people but now I asked for the person who I am taking care of and I got to run around so sorry that to treat people like that
