Great firm!!!

Very informative, relaxed and educational. It is worth your time to go, and I feel we owe it to our homeowners if we are going to volunteer to be on the associations board. Kaman & Cusimano does a great job.

Bret was a GREAT help with my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I was very lucky to have him represent me.

I have had the pleasure of attending the Kaman and Cusimano seminars for the past 20 years. The range of topics covered have included finances, meetings, reserves, self-managed or management companies. The organization and presentation of this information has been OUTSTANDING. David is an extremely gifted orator; I could listen to him speak for hours. I attribute a great deal of my success to the information contained within these seminars. Great Attorney Bret's awesome I had a Charge from back in 1998 that Ohio does not allow anything to be done with for expunge or sealing the record and he was able to get the charge vacated when every other Person i spoke with had told me it was not possible they wouldn't do it or wanted 1000s and 1000s of dollars for it because it wasn't worth their time My Friend Hooked me up with Bret's Info and he took care of me real good. Recommend Bret 100%

I am a new board member and this was my first Kaman & Cusimano seminar. It was extremely informative and presented in a very organized manner, which kept the attention of the audience.

I have been on our Board for 12 + years, all as Treasurer. I have been to most of the seminars over the years, and I always pick up something I needed to know to be an effective Board member. The presenters are always completely prepared, answer questions easily, and never run over the allotted time. I find that I use the information to be able to educate owners when necessary. Attending these seminars make more competent Boards , helping us all to avoid major mistakes in running an association. (And the food is good)

I was surprised by the way I was treated, actually I'm not surprised, when you're an amateur and don't have people skills. I was seeking help for someone I know, never got to speak with the attorney but one of the others. I felt slighted and disrespected! Totally unprofessional! Johnny Cochran is and will always be the best lawyer! And if he was still around, I would have contacted him immediately. If they are good to you, it's because you're a white person, plain and simple.They only service whoever they want! Please beware of this place!

Took attorney Shannon McCormick over 3 and a half weeks to respond to inquiries about a lien that was paid in full. In fact, my account balance was zero. Oddly enough, she suddenly became available to speak to my attorney when We asked to speak with a partner at the firm regarding her failure to respond. When I was on the conference call, She initially claimed she was not aware of payment. However, less than a minute later, she called my lawyer, confirmed payment, and said that she would immediately remove the lien. However, I am going ahead and posting this review as it has been a week and my attorney has not heard back from her despite numerous attempts to contact her. She ought to be disbarred as she is unable to follow through on basic tasks and act within the confines of the law. Also, looking forward to seeing how the firm responds to this detailed review as I can prove every statement I made here.
