Tom is a very experienced, enthusiastic and successful litigator. He goes the extra mile to understand a potential claim, and his firm and he have the resources to successfully bring it. He is also a very nice guy, down to earth and easy to talk to.

I have referred every malpractice case I have ever been consulted about to Tom. The ones he has accepted and pursued have been handled diligently and successfully. My clients were extremely pleased with the results.
