There were a few times throughout my OVI case where I felt hopeless. The prosecutor did not want to budge or hear me out in any way. I hired Tim and he was determined to get me a better outcome. Today I walked away with no ovi, no points on my license, no suspension, and the fines were drastically cut. I would 100% recommend him.

Mr Hess did an outstanding service for me. It was clear that he spent time on my case outside of the courtroom and the results were better than I expected. I hope to never require his services again, but if ever I do need legal counsel, I will call Tim Hess.

5 stars doesn't begin to cover how highly I recommend Tim! I hired Tim for two separate OVI charges that occurred roughly 1 year apart from each other. He was able to get both of them knocked down to lesser charges, have my fines greatly reduced, and my full driving privileges back in under 6 months of each case. He fought harder for me and went above and beyond every single step of the way. Throughout the entire process he treated me like a person, not just a client. I was conversed with and talked to genuinely and he provided me with all of the information on what my maximum sentance could be and how he was going to do his best to reduce it. I appreciated having all of the information to know what to expect if things did not go as favorably as we would like; however, he absolutely was incredible. In both cases (different court systems) he was able to get me better outcomes than I anticipated! In 47 years of life, I never stepped foot inside a courtroom. I had no clue what I needed to do or how to get it done. I have had a few run in with an certain officer, and after a very frustrating morning taking my daughter to school I received a phone call and a ticket shortly after that from this same officer who was not even on the seen at the time. After fighting an uphill battle of being improperly convicted of a crime, poor representation from my first attorney and almost losing hope, Tim was there for me. I was charged with ccw,impoper handling of a firearm and use of a firearm while intoxicated,And i was referred to timothy by a co-worker, Although i was worried about these somewhat bogus charges he told worry he got me. Come to find out the police basically performed an illegal search and found the weapon in the locked glove compartment, I was really worried about having a felony on my clean record. He's a very great attorney i have no felony, two charges were tossed out and the improper handling was dropped to attempted to carry conceal no record no fines no court costs. Timothy was and excellent lawyer all the way through our lengthy pretrial. He kept a level head and helped with everything that was needed even with some difficulties due to the prosecution. It was my first offense with an OVI, complete stupid mistake on my part. Tim could tell that this was just a mistake, so he was very flexible with his payments and worked very hard to get it knocked down so it wouldn’t be on my record forever. He was very diligent in all his work and research on the case. After putting pressure on the prosecutor for four hearings and them struggling to get the cop to show up to the hearings. They proposed a deal of physical control, which is zero points on my license, $250 fine, the 3 day alcohol class and the biggest part is it can be expunged off my record which I would say is a win to what it could have been.
