I was very disappointed when Mr. Kucharski didn't show up for my 2nd court date. It was a 2 hour drive for me. Tim also asked me to call him a year after my offense so he could file paperwork on my behalf. I've called, emailed and texted him for 2 months and haven't received a returned phone call.
