After being in a car accident a friend told me to call Tom Merriman. Having dealt with lawyers before, I was a little leery. Tom was everything my friend claimed and more! He was caring and very empathic. He answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time explaining how the settlement process works. He checked in with me after my many doctor appointments to see how I was feeling. Throughout our dealings he always took my calls and kept me abreast of all new developments. He fought for me and attained the settlement I deserved.

In the face of our family’s most tragic time, LGM positioned themselves as a protective barrier between our family and the outside world. This included international media, insurance companies, multiple federal governmental regulatory bodies, corporate negotiations and wrongful death settlement negotiations. LGM continually informed our family of all options available to continue forward, including the possible ramifications of each option. Although some of our decisions were not the most profitable path for LGM, they continued to respectfully advocate for our choices. If asked by a loved one, I would absolutely recommend LGM.

WOW. What a great guy Tom is. Not many can say that about their attorney but I can. You will not find anyone that will go to bat for you like Tom will. This guy is truly concerned about you and what your family is going through. He will work non stop to do anything and everything to insure you get what you deserve. Tom puts you first not him first. I would never go to a different attorney after working with Tom. I have worked with different attorneys before but now that I have worked with Tom I will never work with anyone but him and I have given his name to many people for him to help them the way he did me.
