Lack of timely communication and updates in some cases
“I have been given the run around from Anthony. Several months ago he told me that John was talking to the adjusters weekly and everything would be wrapped up soon. Then about a month or so later he tells me that my case has been assigned to a new adjuster. I have emailed Anthony a couple of times over the last couple of months with no response.”
