In 2021 my husband found himself in need of an attorney for child custody. Mr. Vecchio went above and beyond and helped my husband obtain 50/50 shared custody of his daughter. We are now in the process of obtaining physical custody. Mr. Vecchio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and will fight for you! We are out of state and he has made the process so easy for us! I highly recommend Mr. Vecchio!

During our divorce Robert was more concerned with the lies he heard from my wife than representing me to gain custody of my daughter. He said on multiple occasions that the mother should automatically be granted more rights and the majority of the custody and thought nothing wrong of it. He also gave me some false legal advice that ended up backfiring. He was also having private conversations with my wife's lawyer and when I asked to be included in the emails he informed me that there are certain private matters that go on between two attorneys that would be inappropriate for the client to see. I could go on for a lost time describing all the things he did that were shady and wrong but I'll just say this, 2 weeks after hiring my new lawyer I had 50/50 custody of my daughter after barley seeing her for 6 months. Save yourself some trouble and pick someone else for your divorce lawyer unless you are a female I suppose.

BACK IN THE 80S HE WAS A PERSONAL FRIEND, BUT BEFORE HE WAS MY FRIEND, HE WAS MY ATTORNEY.HE REPRESENTED ME IN FEDERAL COURT , CO-COUNSELED WITH THE LATE ELMER GULIANI AND EVEN THOUGH MY FEDERAL CRIMES WERE MULTI STATE AND OVERWHELMING I RECEIVED THE LOW END OF THE SENTENCING GUIDELINES. IN THE 90S I RETAINED HIM FOR A CHILD CUSTODY CASE, AND EVEN THOUGH MY EX WAS A TOTAL PSYCHO AND THREATENED HIM, HE NEVER BACKED DOWN AND I WAS AWARDED SHARED PARENTING. MR. VECCHIO IS A PROFESSIONAL, AND ONE OF THE BEST LAWYERS IN CLEVELAND.

Bottom line is the case against me was dropped thanks to Robert! I would recommend him to anybody I know.
