I have to say Mr. Nemeth is a Super Lawyer. He understand your situation and doesn't make you feel bad under the circumstances. He goes above and beyond to make sure that it by law and what's best for you. I would not think twice, wondering if you picked the right lawyer. There no one better in Northeast Ohio Area.

I have to say, Richard definitely is the kind of person that cares more about doing what's right than what's best for him. He is a very affordable lawyer in my opinion, but the value provided is more than the cost. I have had the opportunity to be a client of Richard's twice now, and not only is he effective and efficient, but he is honest and considerate. His focus seems to be on doing what's right rather than what's most profitable.

I can not remember the blessing of how we were referred to Richard Nemeth but it was one the greatest things that could have happened to us. In January of 2011, my husband and I were so stressed and in over our head in debt. Upside down on a mortgage along with other debt. I am not sure how we came in contact with Mr. Nemeth, but I thank God that we chose him as our attorney. 6 years later all his help and guidance has turned out to be a blessing. I thought with the debt we had, we would have to do a reorganization of our debt instead of qualifying for a total dissolution. Needless to say, we were totally discharged in June of 2011. Mr. Nemeth takes out personal time to tell you what the best options and the best plan for you to overcome the hardship you have. In meeting with Mr. Nemeth he makes you feel like a person, instead of talking down or making you feel bad because of what you are going through.
