“The only promise our attorney ever made us was that every 30 days he would contact us with an update on our case. Even if there wasn't any change in the status of our case, he said he would contact us every 30 days by email, phone or have his assistant contact us. In the maybe 18 months we worked with him he never updated us on our case as he promised in our first meeting.”
