(Disclaimer: This review is based on a past visit but I am just now getting around to writing the review. Their service may have changed) Awful experience. I was scheduled for an initial consultation with Ms. Wong. The front desk employee was friendly and helped me get situated with the initial info forms. I then waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation about what was going on. When I did get called, Ms. Wong although friendly, barely listened to me and constantly talked over me when I was trying to explain the different nuances in my case. In addition she was very rushed and barely gave me 15 mins after making me wait for 45 mins and paying $200. I can understand that appointment conflicts can come up and some may go longer but the firm should inform those waiting about how long that might take if it's going to be longer than 30mins! In addition Ms. Wong needs to seriously think about how she treats her potential clients.

I’m not sure why this firm has such great reviews. I called to try to talk with someone about a friends case. He’s incarcerated, does NOT speak English and needs help. They refused to speak to me without spending $200 on a consultation with an attorney, which would be pointless, because I don’t have the facts of the case. I explained that, they said he should call. Like, um.. he can’t.
