I would not give them any stars at all if Google had allowed it. My money was MISUSED & WASTED here at Margaret Wong & Associates Immigration office. The attorney who was working on my case is so slack at what they do. For instance, when I asked them for the standing of my case, it would take them several weeks to get back to me. It's not like you are not getting compensated for working on my case. You are getting paid loads of money and still are not passionate about serving your clients. They also pushed my case aside for some reason I do not know. And when I asked them if they can return a document I had sent them, they told me, the attorney who was working on my case responded with, "Sorry...You would have to rewrite the letter because we don't have it here at the office." Really? I even have a receipt of when I sent it to them from USPS and here they are sitting there informing me that they have nothing to do with the given letter and that I have to re-write the letter myself. I spent countless hours HANDWRITTEN the letter and the attorney tells me, "Go re-write it, it would not be difficult for you to do so." REALLY? Of course, it's not difficult for YOU because all you are doing is just taking money from clients that are seeking help in their case. HORRIBLE. I would not recommend. My experience with them is horrible. And let me just say that this is my LAST and ONLY time hiring them. I will make sure that next time I will not refer any of my friends and family to them. HORRIBLE!! A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. You guys can do better than this. Obviously, you are accusing me of misplacing my letter. And yeah, I guess you guys have nothing to do with the misplaced letter that was sent to your office since I have to "RE-WRITE (hand write) it again myself.

Allow me please to say that the level of professionalism is above top, not only polite and very helpful but the offer of reassurance is impeccable, trustworthy, diligent and I wholeheartedly can say that inspire calm and peace of mind, no complaints whatsoever of any sort, other than that I can only express my gratitude.

Hello Everyone, I have applied for AOS with Margaret W. Wong & Associates. They are very helpful for each step of process. My case was handled by Ms. Jocelyn she was always there whenever I needed. She answered all my questions and also helped me to clear my doubts. I would recommend anyone for future who are applying should use them.
