Mr Fungsang is knowledgeable, but communication is lacking. For a firm that charges higher fees, their response times are disappointing, and they do make mistakes (my husbands name was wrong throughout the application) Emails often go unanswered for weeks, even while they continue to process payments for visa applications and new additional fees. I understand that immigration work takes time, but it's unprofessional to leave clients without updates for such long periods, every single time. Despite multiple emails checking in for over a month, there is no response and the whole process has been very frustrating.

My family got their green cards in six months! I want to thank assistant Ying Bei for using USCIS online portal to track our case and give us fast updates
