Mr. Mokhtari was amazing. He was very professional and personable. We had a problem with our landlord (big apartment complex). We had problems with the apartment complex and we left without staying at the apartment even one night. The apartment wouldn’t let us out of the lease even though the apartment was filthy. Additionally then sent us to collections. Mr Mokhtari and their team saved us thousands of dollars and our credit scores. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any legal advice or problems. Without diving into detail I hired the firm’s Associate George Kennett to represent me in Rocky River Municipal Court on misdemeanor traffic charges. However, those misdemeanor’s carried 5 years of Probation and or long jail time in Cuyahoga County Jail. I had a 15 year history with the court including 2 OVI’s. I didn’t make it into the courtroom because Mr Kennett had already taken care of things. I was given the green light on obtaining my drivers license and my other charges were reduced to FINES.
