Ken was nothing but extraordinary. I was in a really sticky situation that I wasn’t sure how I was going to get out of. Ken was referred to me by one of my friends, and hiring Ken to represent me was the best decision I could’ve made for my legal situation. He was very understanding, and made sure I was aware of every possible way my case could go, and that I understood the legality of my situation. I have used Ken Staiduhar on multiple occasions. Ken did an outstanding job with my last case. I found Brad Henderson through some research of my own. It seemed as though he had ample experience and several written reviews to confirm his expertise. I had multiple phone conversations with several firms and I felt most comfortable to be represented by this one. After paying in full and some brief communication, I was uneasy with the little contact I had with Brad in the first week. With my job on the line and some significant penalties paired with my charges, I expressed I needed more from him in terms of communication. Brad over delivered and was extraordinarily helpful in curbing my emotion with logic and thoroughly explained his detailed and strategic approach to my case. He would regularly check in to ensure me that my case was in the forefront of his mind. It is not that I needed my hand to be held through the process but if asked, I am sure Brad would have done so.
