Recently I was represented by Joseph Patituce. I cannot begin to explain the stress and confusion that comes along with being part of a criminal case. During the entirety of the 2 year process I was always full of questions and Joseph would always answer them in a timely, prudent, and unbiased manner. His understanding of the law is unmatched. This knowledge base helps immensely with the confusion that is inevitable for someone like myself who is completely new to any of it. I highly recommend this firm.

I hired this law firm to defend me from some very serious charges. Like you I started off reading reviews and doing my research. One thing that I found helpful was that I put his name into Google's news search and saw that he isnt one of those attorneys that pump themselves up with fake claims, he legitimately has defended cases that made international news. My case was not nearly as serious as a triple murder but he acted like it was. He was kind and understanding even as I freaked out repeatedly about the status of my case. I would definitely hire them again.

I hired Joe Patituce to defend me from a felony charge of having a gun in my car while drunk. I was not drunk but the officer did not care, did not want to listen to me, and certainly refused to let me get a blood test. Joe and his team convinced the prosecutor to drop the felony charges and we resolved it with just a fine. He saved my career. Joe worked on my case when I felt hopless and it turned out better than I could have dreamed.
