They are defending kings path association everyone which is the worst management team in Ohio . I would definitely not use them for anything. They are not a good team to choose e everyone run. They are vampires greedy no good greedy people here I wouldn’t recommend giving them any business, also people read the reviews , everyone saying the same thing . Except there friends leaving them good reviews people or people working there in professional and greedy!!!

This Attorney's office is retained by Lawrence Management of which helps manage KINGS PATH COMDOMINUM'S in NORTH OLMSTED OHIO. The by laws only have 3 board members which is NOT IN ANYWAY BEING INFORCED HELLO 3 BOARD MEMBERS THAT CANT UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN BYLAWS.. LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT IS IN NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT NEW LAWS AFFECT THE BYLAWS. AND ENFORCEMENT OF CURRENT KINGS PATH COMDOMINUM'S AND LAWRENCE NEED TO GET SOME EDUCATION. DOES YOUR OFFICE NOT TRAIN LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT . OWNERS ARE TOLD AT THIER OWN RISK TO BE THE ENFORCER.. FOR THE CONDO FEES AND IGNORANCE IS NOT AMUSING. EDUCATION TO LAWRENCE MANAGEMENT IS A MUST.
