George Kennett helped me with a pretty sensitive case. He was able to spend a lot of time working with me through the process. I found his patience extremely helpful as I have never been in a troubling situation like that before. It was also nice to have the firm's extra resources available as needed throughout the process. I feel like the outcome of the case was very good for everyone involved. Thanks everyone :-)

My experience with Henderson Mokhtari and Weatherly was very simple and comforting and it felt like I delt with family or friends ! I was referred to HMW law after someone close to me was being charged with a crime for something he had done while he was incarcerated. This was a minor offense and would stop his chances from getting a job and going to the military after being newly released. Brandon and George were not only able to get the Felony 4 down to a misdemeanor but my friend did not have to serve any probation time either! Their secretary Karen was extremely compassionate and professional. She was understanding about my friend’s financial situation and was able to establish a reasonable payment plan. Their legal clerk Shayla was extremely professional and made sure we had all information for scheduled appointments. This team works well together and we are absolutely satisfied with the results of this case! Not only will my friend still have a chance to go to the army, but he received a job offer that he never would of gotten had the felony charges stuck! Not only was this team dependable, hard working, had did not stop until they received results that they knew would be in the best interest of their client, but they are affordable and willing to work with their clients financially! I could write a novel on Justin Weatherly and his accomplishments. But to keep it brief and concise i'll describe his ability in one word; results. This man gets you exactly what you ask from him. I came to Justin weathered and broken, he reassured me that he'd get the best outcome for my seemingly hopeless case. The case covered a two year span and throughout it all he was positive and kept it real with my odds which were slim to none. Now two years later he has never given up and won my trial in glorious fashion. If you need a miracle come to this law firm; I can swear on everything that you'll see results.
