We used attorney Justin Weatherly for an OVI case which included possession of marijuana. Justin was very professional, personable, and straight forward from start to finish. Justin obtained an even better outcome for our situation than what he stated in the beginning he thought he could do. We spent very little time in court. I would highly recommend using Justin for any issues you might be facing. Well worth the money spent. Walked away with basically 2 points on license for ticket of driving left of center. Awesome!

The moment I got an OVI, I knew i needed an attorney, also having a CDL. I found Justin Weatherly, he understood the extra urgency involving holding a CDL, over a common drivers license. On two separate occasions i have used Justin, on both cases I received better judgments than I expected. Ive never lost my license, and still driving truck. I highly recommend Justin Weatherly if you want to keep driving.

I had used Mr. Henderson in my case. It was my first time having to deal with A serious situation. I was scared and worried do to the charges I was facings but Mr. Henderson worked his magic and fixed it up to lessen the charges! He was very understanding.
