Beyond disappointed in the way my case was handled. I feel there was a lack of experience in my case details, which ended with me going from 50% win to a complete loss. Communication was poor, the paralegal that was handling calls had zero idea of my case details & would ask questions as if it’s intake. I feel completely cheated. Everything ended after 6 months of being told “I AM NOT” at fault because I was hit. I got $0 dollars collected but a loss of $2,000. The ladies helping me seemed low energy the whole time. I will not recommend here to anyone. Never go to arbitration on any accident & most importantly never do it with an attorney that can’t investigate or show up for you when there’s confusion. If social media looped you here think twice.
