When we initially brought James in to see what he could do to save - not "spend spend spend" - on client discovery costs, we weren't convinced he was up for the task. He was too tentative and, well, too "plugged in and excited" to be with us. But after 8 weeks, James made it possible for us to tell the world in real dollars and cents and minutes what one public traded company got the benefit of -- one person (James) who showed he could get more done and better done for $30k over 8 weeks than 10 people at 40 hours a week (400 hours) over 8 weeks (3200 hours) at $50/ hour (more than $1.5M). Wow.

Very common sense and practical lawyering. Was conscientious on time sensitive intellectual property matter. He was available well after business hours, just to be available to hold a client's hand and provide perspective.
