Mr. Laubacher and his company was very efficient at dealing with my legal needs. His team was ultra responsive. His advice was honest with no sugarcoating or wishful thinking. I found him only after interviewing several candidates who did not give clear cut recommendations upon knowing my circumstances. I would give Mr. Laubacher my highest recommendation for anyone in need of legal services.

Over priced

No one plans to get divorced. No one. The only thing I was able to do was cry. I came to Laubacher & Co to follow up with a recommendataion from a dear family friend. All I knew is that her name was Cara and she would know exactly what to do. She did her job and then some. When I showed up that first day to meet with Cara, I could barely get out a single word. I was a beaten down mess. I didn't have all the answers and I surely wasn't prepared for all that goes into the process. She was ALL I needed and from that meeting forward...there was no doubt in my mind that she not only had my best financial interests at heart, but more importantly, she took care of me as a person. The anxiety I carried with me took a while to fade, but throughtout the whole process, seeing her work with such confidence on my behalf, I gained back a little piece of myself each time. By the end, which was longer than it should have been (through no fault of our own), I walked into what should have been uncomfortable situations with a new found strength. Yes, that strength came from me, but knowing Cara was in my corner every time I walked into the courthouse, I stood a foot taller each time. There are people who do their jobs well and there are people who exemplify what it means to be in the profession they have chosen. Cara is that person. At this time, I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Allison. Cara and Allison are a DREAM TEAM! Their humor, strength, knowledge and personalities are unmatched and I am forever grateful to have had representation through them. They were just a part of the team who helped me get my life back and they will always be a part of my succes story. Thank you will never be enough.

The initial contact person or "gatekeeper" actually was so dismissive and invalidating that she was instrumental in me reaching out to a totally different law practice.

By far the WORST folks you can get!! Hope you have alot of money because your children are the last thing they are worried about!!

I would recommend this company. Cara was great for my case. She made everything easy for us. Thank you for everything. If I need her again for another case. I will not hesitate to call her. She walked me through every step that needed to be done.

The team at McDermott and Hickey is outstanding. They are caring, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anyone searching for the right attorney.

Eric is not your typical lawyer. He is compassionate, caring and treats you like one of his family. He is well known and respected in the courthouse so you should feel very comfortable with his representation. He is kind and willing to work with you. You will not find another attorney quite like him. I had consultations with a few others that either made it clear they were unreliable or it was all about the money and less about helping me through a difficult time to fight for my son! We WON!! He protected the best interests of my son and I am forever grateful. Bring your custody battle to Eric and his staff. I felt more like family and less like a client. You won't be disappointed!!

Attorney Cara Santosuosso, hired her for her experience in child custody. Most pathetic Attorney, ruined our family for life. Separated our 10 year old daughter & 9 year old son, due to mother not able to control our son. Therefore she thought in her mind instead of granting Father full custody of both children, whom he has a phenomenal report with each parent should have one child. She knew dam well mother was an incompetent mother, but never did any investigation on why our son had the police called on him 13 times over a 5 month period. Since both children have been separated 2,000 miles apart, both children have major psychological issues, as to self harming themselves. Cara knows she made a major mistake, and her EGO, won’t take responsibility. Don’t be lead by her ratings. The last positive rating on her was over numerous years ago.
