My need was limited to acquiring some advice on trusts, so my experience was a sole consulting appointment . Initially, before going to the appointment, I had some reservations; but found that that was due to the design of their computer system, and how it automatically generates emails; engagement letter, billing etc.. I thought it felt aggressive. However, when getting their I found the staff to be nice, courteous and friendly. What was more important was meeting Atty. Carson. He is not like any of the attorney stereotypes. I found him pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. And I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Carson Law Firm was thoroughly professional in handling my will revision and more. I would recommend them to all.

they got the job done, but really really bad customer service. 1. they make u pay upfront ( implies lack of trust) 2. I was under the impression the transaction will take days, but they didnt give the right information upfront to signal that it would actually take weeks to close. bad customer interaction. short responses and unhelpful answers.

The Carson law firm was wonderful they help me with important legal work they were fast super efficient and I will definitely use them in the future
