Hi my name is Susanne Ciuprinskas. I recently had the great pleasure of consulting with Jeffrey Berenholz, LLC. I needed guidance and the forms necessary to obtain Durable Medical Power of Attorney for my daughter. I called Jeff's office and received a telephone appointment within a day. Jeff called me exactly at the scheduled appointment time. So Perfect!! Jeff understood exactly what I was talking about immediately, and what I needed. We wrapped up the consultation within 30 minutes, he sent me the 26 papers that needed to be reviewed and signed within 15 minutes. Jeff sent a so Perfect video that explained every page of the Power of Attorney package which explained where and what to sign and initial. My daughter and I went to a local bank to have the papers notarized and that was it! So extremely Simple!!! Thanks to Jeff, my daughter has the papers she needs. Such a great feeling! An amazing experience and person! I had called and left messages for other attorneys and Jeff was the only one that immediately answered back. He called me for a free consultation. When he found that I am on social security he was selfless and would be forgoing a fee, advising me to go through Legal Aid which would most likely be free. Saving money is not always better and I decided to go forward with Jeff.
