Lack of responsiveness and communication issues
“Not impressed. It you have a case that is long and drawn out, seek expertise and help someplace else. The first few weeks were great but now I get a better response talking to a wall and my case and issue is worse than it was 9 months ago.”

“I have to agree with the most recent post. My husband and I can't even get return telephone calls, their paper and/or record keeping is poor and you have to micro manage them more than your monthly bills.”
