Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service
“Do not recommend..will convince you they will be able to work your case.:recommend that you attend physical therapy in order to build a case..once they dismiss your case, you're responsible for all of the medical expenses that you didn't really need.. they also have bad attitudes as well.”

“Absolutely Rude... felt like I was bothering the "lady" I talked to about my issue. Took her less then 30 seconds to dismiss me and I had to ask for an explanation as to why my case wasn't something they would pursue.”
