About 20 years ago I had a car accident and was hurt bed. Unless it happened to you, you have no idea how it changes your life forever. That was the worst day of my life and in a crazy way, it was the best day of my life because I had the pleasure of meeting Tim Misny. He got me more money for my case than I ever thought was possible but the amazing thing is that since that time he was always been there for me. Every time I call him on his cell phone he gives me the best advice. Over the years I have referred a good number of people to Tim and each one feels the same as I do. This may sound corny but Tim Misny is really a champion of people!

I have known Tim for 3 decades-I was the elected President of the "Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association" and Tim was a prosecutor when I met him in the "1980's" He represented our union and defended our police officers very effectively. Now he is representing his clients in malpractice lawsuits and insurance claims with the "same" effectiveness" he gave in defending our police officers. I can honestly say that Tim Misny is successful because of the energy he puts into his clients cases. He will not be manipulated by the insurance companies in finding proper justice for his clients. And, Tim is a great family man with 3 kids plus he is a "really nice guy!'
