Jeff Crossman very responsible man that takes is job very seroiusly, will hire him again if I needed too.

While selling my house during the housing market collapse and after losing my job, Mr. Crossman spent many hours going over options with me. He took the time to speak with my mortgage company and my realtor. Mr. Crossman was walking me through each and every step of the process. His patience with me and ability to put ease into stressful situations was remarkable. Mr. Crossman never once gave me a feeling of helplessness. He was going to take care of me and nothing was going to stop him. I will always have a special place in my heart for Mr. Crossman. One of the most stressful and upsetting situations in my life was more bearable because of Jeff.

Jeff was the perfect balance of assertive and understanding. He was incredibly thorough as he tackled the many problems a failing business requires - debt resolution, individual protection, creating solutions that all parties could uphold. He made me feel comfortable by constantly keeping me informed and explaining everything to me in terms I understood. I never felt ignored or that my case was "too small".
