JP was excellent! He was efficient and very responsive when we had a question. His whole team was great and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs immigration help. He made a stressful situation feel like a breeze. And it was just a lucky coincidence that I even saw a sample of his ad for a magazine I was going to advertise in that I even heard about him! You won't be disappointed with JP!

I tried many lawyers in different states NYC and Florida. Some scared us, some told us that they would basically charge us an arm and a leg. I remember in Florida one of the well known lawyers said that my case is very difficult and it would cost 30k for him to help me with 50/50 chance. Although my case was reopened during the time I had the NYC lawyer (my case was in NY originally) she wasn’t well experienced in immigration in my opinion. Her lack of experience caused me and my family a lot pain at that time. Due to her delay in filing my case I got detained (which could’ve been avoided) for 5 months even though I had approved I130. That experience was the most traumatic thing my family has ever faced. Needless to say having the right lawyer makes a whole lot of difference and gives you confidence in fighting for your case. While I was locked up my wife was working on finding me a good immigration lawyer. She came across JP Sarmiento’s glowing reviews online and she decided to give him a call. She told him my story and asked him for his advice (even though we didn’t hire him yet). Sarmiento assured my wife that what we were taking the right steps which helped my wife and I cope with the situation. JP was knowledgeable, sincere, professional, calm, and very resourceful. After I got out we were determined to hire Sarmiento to help us with my case. Their pricing is reasonable and affordable as well compared to every other lawyer we have had in the past. It also helps that they do installments. Throughout the whole time we were with Sarmiento we were treated with respect and had all of our questions answered. The thing that struck us the most was the immediate response to our emails. It is so amazing and assuring and helpful to know that you are not forgotten and your lawyer is on top of everything. Later we got introduced to Mr Yu, because he is the one who deals with removal proceedings.To be quite honest at first he didn’t struck us as the one we want to represent us but he assured us and addressed our concerns. He’s straight forward, honest, and very knowledgeable. He has been there for a long time, he knows almost all judges and Counselors, which defently helps a lot. Mr. Yu has immaculate case winning record with immigration court. Overall we are very happy with Mr. Sarmiento and Mr. Yu. They’re the best lawyers we’ve ever had and we highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for great immigration lawyers. We won our case just recently, I got approved for AOS, green card.
