Mr. Myers was demonstrated ready knowledge of the factors affecting our case and the legal considerations which came into play. He provided us complete and detailed instructions on what information he needed us to gather for him to do his job. Once he had all of the information, he provided us realistic expectations and potential outcomes and provided us with the information we needed in lay terms so that we could make decisions on how to proceed. We hired a Dan for a law suit filed against us regarding a customer and the service we provide. Dan was honest and very explanatory about the good, the bad and the ugly that could come about a small claims case. He was simple to work with asked all the questions and to the point. I was not a "high-profile" type of client. I had a landlord-tenant issue and the payout was realistically going to be small for him. However, he took my case and zealously represented me to the fullest despite this fact. Everything went smoothly. He kept me updated on the status of my case and he handled the opposition very well considering that they had more resources (money) than me. At no point did I loose confidence in his abilities to represent my interests. He negotiated a nice settlement for me considering the type of case that I had and the ambiguous issues that arose. He was personable and professional. I am really glad that I hired him and if another issue arose big or small, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
