This man is as top notch a lawyer. I was railroaded by the CPD for a case that was 14 years old. One call to this man and I was released 24 hours later with a dismissal. Without having to be arraigned first. I've been out of trouble for years since my recovery from substance use disorder. And, from experience this will almost never happen. He fought for me and the beautiful thing about this is I didn't even talk to him until today for the first time. A day after I get released. He did all that work behind the scene having not even meeting me first. This man will fight for you. His tenacity won my case before I ever had to fight it and it was not a misdemeanor charge. If you get charged with anything or someone you love is facing charges. Mr Dale Naticchia is the man you want at your side. If he can do this without even facing an arraignment first, imagine what he can do inside the courtroom.

Even though he's a nice guy he basically did nothing but accept my payment, I might as well had a public defender represent me, I had no communication with this man until my court date after that he wouldn't even answer the phone. Sladjana is completely and utterly inept, since the beginning her communication sucks and she never gets back to you in a timely manner if at all, I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy you're better off representing yourself in court!!!!!

Dale is completely inept. He couldn’t debate his way out of a paper bag. If you have legal trouble he is NOT the way to go.
