I would not recommend this firm at this time for workman compensation claims. I signed with them over a year ago. Never got to speak to an actual attorney. All communications were through an assistant. I had patience and trust in NRS. I was told if you don't hear from the firm that there is no information to share. A year after signing a motion was filed on my behalf. So much time passed that everything is being denied. I am the person still in pain from shattered shoulder and cannot even get medical treatment because of the firms lack of ability to do their job. First time met an attorney was at my first hearing. Even then the person wasn't up too speed on my case. I felt like all I was is a file in a stack of folders. I will be searching for a firm that can give my case the attention it needs. Hopefully the next Arrorney can salvage my case from the damage an neglect from NRS...... Beware try to find a firm that cares and treats you like a priority...

Communication is severely lacking. Since my claim was denied I haven't heard word one from anyone regarding my case. There's been next to no communication throughout this process. I have no clue are we appealing are we not? Only they know because they've told me nothing. Very disappointing.
