I’ve worked with this firm multiple times under varying circumstances. And in many cases referred friends and family to them for any of their legal needs. In every instance everyone I dealt with at the firm was professional, knowledgeable and always showed empathy. In every instance the team was able to assist or connect me with someone who could and always made sure I knew my options. I highly recommend NRS, great team to work with and can’t say enough about my positive experience with them.

If I could give zero stars. I would. Made my claim a mess. They hired a con man to handle one condition. And got me good with the lies.
Unfortunately, My new attorney is cleaning the mess up they have left behind.
Very unprofessional when I call my claims manager at NRS. You’ll be happy to never use them Only unless you want a quick settlement.

You would be better off trying to represent yourself. This place had a higher turnover rate than a maternity ward. I had to file bankruptcy because they never submitted the bills to worker’s comp and I had multiple judgments against me. If you have any expectations, this isn’t the place for you. Also, you will be summoned if you give a one star review on here so they can “go over your case” only to ask you at the end to change your rating.

NRS did a great job for me! Lorna did an amazing job of keeping me updated and constantly checking up on me. She really kept the ball rolling and I'm thankful to her and everyone at NRS for all they did for my personal injury case.

I would never ever recommend theses peoples to no one that i know ..so many unprofessional individual s.working there..oh first it starts off nice..then it turns ulgy..Im truly glad to be done with this Law firm.please take my advice an keep it moving!!!!

When NRS said they would fight for me, they definitely did, all the way to a check in my hand. They were there for me with any questions I had, at any given point of the length of time my case took. The attorneys I worked with were friendly, courteous, kind, sympathetic, listened to me, and had the knowledge and the know how. NRS has put together many years of experience to help those of you who need it and I needed it. Great Job! If ever needed for anything in the future, I will be calling NRS and so should you. They are that good.

I can’t thank them enough for the help they gave me during my case. They were recommended by a friend of my mother and I felt safe with them from our first conversation onward. They were very transparent and honest, always available to answer questions and always tried to quell my worries. They listened and kept me very involved in the process, they let me know what to expect before each hearing and made sure I was getting the physical therapy & general medical care I needed for my injury. If I had to do it all again I know who I’d call.
