They are not consistent they do not communicate with each other. One attorney says one thing and another attorney tells you something else then they want to act like nothing is wrong.

I felt I was very well taken care of and kept up to speed at every turn.

They work very hard for you

They are a well oiled machine. You will not get the personal one on one feel from this firm that you will from a small firm, so you will NOT know your Lawyer or ever even talk to him. However, when it comes to navigating BWC, they are experts. I have referred a lot of people here, and seen them succeed time and time again.

Nager, romaine & schneiberg they are the best workers comp lawyers in my opinion. If I ever need another workers comp attorney I will most definitely contact them again.

I went through NRS in 2019 for a car accident. I felt at the beginning I got a lot of contact and everyone seemed super helpful but after hired I was the one reaching out for info and updates. I also wasn’t told I could file unemployment because I was out of work for 3 months due to an injury from the accident. I drained my savings and my credit score was highly affected because my accident happened right before Christmas when I had high balances that I was unable to pay off. I was very pressed for time on my settlement because when offered the amount I only had a short timeframe to chose to settle or take it to court because it would expire in a couple days. I can’t say I’m upset with the outcome of the settlement but the transparency and help could have been better.
