I really regret going with this firm for my worker’s compensation claim!! I was originally referred to them by another Nestico and Redding. They spent over a year going back and forth to court and not winning any arguments about approving my claim and they where not effect and competent and never tried to debate my claim to the industrial commission. They basically showed up and did nothing. The lawyer on the companies side ran them totally in the dirt and made them look like amateur law students.

NRS is awesome! They had my back through the whole worker’s compensation process! Employer fought my claim but NRS went to court and fought back and won! I would recommend 100 times over!!

My husband is now over a year in the Firm. Rachael who we call for updates will not call back because she doesn't like that I ask where we are at in the case and what the steps are. We had to just go up to office as they were holding a check for lost hours. Rachael said we will call when you can pick it up. After days and then waiting the weekend my husband took off work to go up and get his check. Funny when he showed up they gave it to him. If he didn't who knows if they would still have it. The judgment on the other stuff was all approved. I have the court papers saying he would get paid. That was 6 mths ago and still no idea when he will get the actual judgment money. When I have asked Rachael to have a lawyer call me ( as my husband put me on as a person to contact and discuss the case with) I have never heard from anyone. I run a multi- million dollar company and if I did my job like this I would be fired IMMEDIATELY!! It is repulsive that a law firm does not follow through with people who have been out of work and have families. It's beyond wrong
