I've had NRS for over 2 years as my attorneys and everything has been fine until recently when I tried contacting them 2 weeks ago and never received a call back. I called again 3 days ago still no call back and I called again yesterday, again no call back. Today I tried the chat feature on Google amd again no response. I had shoulder surgery and I'm not receiving workman's comp yet and I have 2 small children and bills due and all I want is to find out what's going on but no one will call me back... Update: I called again since I 1st posted this and finally they answered. I will say that every other time they have been great about calling me back and I've been pleased with their services overall I'd recommend

NRS has been working on my behalf for several years now. My claim is one that is not easy to deal with. This year I’ve been injured for 22 years. They keep up with everything and I can’t understand how they do it sometimes. I don’t always have the same attorney at every hearing but they fight as one nonetheless. I would probably barely be able to walk literally at this point in my life had they not gone above and beyond since taking over my claim some years back. When I call you always get back to me if someone isn’t available immediately. I appreciate knowing what is going on with my claim with the various communication efforts that you employ! People love to complain but rarely say thank you! I’m saying thank you for everything that you do and please keep up the good work!!! You guys deserve props and I hope you nothing but happiness and success with every client in the future!!!

The offices of NRS & its occupants have been fantastic. They’ve made this process with my workers comp claim fairly seamless & for the most part hassle free. They were ultimately able to get me content & settled with my previous employer which was the best outcome for my circumstances. Thanks again

I'm given them zero stars. The only reason for that is because of Courtney Gatto. She was the only one who communicated with me and answered my questions. She did not mess up like the other paralegals, 1 got a promotion for losing my paperwork. And the other, who likes to talk about me behind my back. Also, I don't have the same lawyer each hearing. So these different attorneys don't even know or my case. I have asked for the same 2 lawyers, but it must be a hard request just for that. Oh well, since communication is hard for this law office, I am clueless as to anything about my cases. It's not my first choice, but my case has been going on for almost 4 years in July 2024. And my reviews somehow get deleted...why.... 04/17/24 Since my other reviews have been deleted and 1 lawyer has made contact with me to go over my case and that has been it. Oh... a so-called guy named Sam made an appt but never followed through with said appt " to change " my review, but that's not how it goes. This case to them is a joke, and they have so many other cases to " make more $$$ on." I'm just dealing with a joke to them. I'm so over this company and their lawyers.
